Opportunities to Learn, Grow, and Lead Beyond the Classroom

At St. Peter School, education extends far beyond the classroom. Our students are encouraged to explore their interests, develop leadership skills, and form lasting friendships through a wide variety of extracurricular activities. From athletics and scouting to music and youth groups, there’s something for every child to enjoy.

Youth Groups

Saints Alive (Grades 4-6)

We enjoy games and activities with a theme centered around role models of our Catholic Faith…the Saints! We typically meet once a month. Once or twice a year we participate in a service activity for parishioners or other groups our parish supports. We welcome parent volunteers to help with activities and snacks.

FOUND Youth Group (Grades 7-9)

Our goal is to help kids Discover New Understandings of Faith (a backwards acronym) by providing a fun, supportive community.

During the school year, we meet twice a month on Sunday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. In the summer, we get together once a month. Our meetings are fast-paced and full of fellowship, games, and engaging activities. We also incorporate service projects into our schedule to give students a chance to make a positive impact. Each meeting concludes with a brief, relatable lesson on the week’s Gospel or scripture, followed by shared prayer.

A team of adult volunteers makes FOUND possible, and we're always looking for support from parents and older teens. If you'd like to help with games, events, or even driving for scavenger hunts, we'd love to have you. Contact Gina Bergman for volunteer opportunities.
