Mrs. Melissa Daggett
I have been teaching at Blessed Sacrament School for the last three years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Quincy University and am deeply passionate about fostering a love of learning in every child.
I believe all students have the potential to succeed, and I strive to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued, capable, and knows they are loved.
I’m excited and looking forward to teaching first grade at St. Peter Catholic School. At St. Peter School, I hope to continue my passion for both education and my faith, helping to instill values of kindness, respect, and a love of learning in my students.

Originally from California, I moved to Quincy 25 years ago when I married my husband, John Daggett. Together, we have two wonderful children. Our daughter, Madison, is 18 and will be attending Quincy University this fall to pursue a degree in biological sciences with a pre-med focus. Our son Colton is 10 and currently in a 4th grade cross-categorical classroom at Denman Elementary. We have been members of Blessed Sacrament parish for twenty years.
