Mrs. Pam Hagerbaumer
What I like most about teaching at St. Peter School is that we are encouraged to share our Catholic faith with those we hope to inspire.
This unique interaction creates a special bond between the student and the teacher that can last a lifetime and truly can change lives. Ironically, the life that might be changed the most, might be that of the teacher.
Teaching is a very rewarding profession and my teaching style or philosophy is to ensure that every student reaches their academic potential and excellence.
I strive to promote a positive environment where students will be motivated to learn and participate in the learning process. I believe that students need to be encouraged to take responsibility and thus develop pride in their work.
I try to provide unique learning opportunities for my students every day and part of that is making sure they are being active learners. I always try and associate new concepts we are learning with their areas of interest. This keeps them motivated and eager to participate.
