Kindergarten Teacher

Mrs. Sandy Gallaher

With teaching Kindergarten, I believe that the children need hands on experiences to learn. We do many hands on activities. Children also learn through songs, so singing is a essential part of my teaching. I believe the children are flowers that are ready to bloom. I provide the sunshine and water to help them grow in their education.

What I like most about teaching at St. Peter School is I love the fact that my children have grown up here and the staff is very supportive. Some of the unique learning opportunities provided to students in my classroom are we celebrate the 50th day in 1950’s style, we make gingerbread houses in December and we get to celebrate the 100th day of school in late January or early February.
